PURSUANT to Section 76 of “The Rating Act, 1925,” Public Notice is hereby given by the Hauraki Plains West Drainage Board that on the Ist day of October, 1929, an additional charge of 10 per centum will be added to all unpaid general rates levied by the said Board for the period ending 31st March, 1929. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council held on the 12th day of September, 1929, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 10th October, 1929, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Normanby Road, Paeroa: — Resolution. “In pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” and its amendments, the Paeroa Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Ordei' to stop a Street between Raroa and Ainslie Roads, passing through property owned by the Ohinemuri Jockey Club, as shown coloured green on the plan annexed hereto.” The plan referred to in the above resolution may be seen at the Council Chambers, Normanby Road. ‘ Win.
