I THE PAEROA CLUB. i ' Ladles. The ladies’ eclectic competition was completed at the local golf links last Saturday, and was won by Mrs Miller. The September monthly medal competition was also won by Mrs Miller. In connection with the inter-club match against Thames at Paeroa on Saturday, ladies will provide general afternoon tea. When advice is received of the team to represent Thames, the names of the selected Paeroa players to meet them will be published. Men. Th semi-finals junior championship were played on Saturday. The finalists were Dr. Davis, who beat Lee by 4 and 2, and Ward, who beat Preston by 3 and 2. The monthly medal competition was won by Ward, with a net score of 74. ' The Thames Club will be represented by teams of lady and gentlemen players in a match against Paeroa, at Paeroa, next Saturday.
