PURSUANT to Section 31 of “ The Land Drainage Act. 1908,” and its amendments, and to Section 54 of “The Rating Act, 1925,” Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Hauraki Plains West Drainage Board at its ordinary meeting to be held at its office, Ngatea, on Saturday, the sth day of October, 1929, at the hour of 10 a.m., to make the following rate for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1929, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1930 :— A General Rate of one penny half penny (1 id) in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property classed “A ” in the Hauraki Plains West Drainage District. The said rate will be due and payable in one sum on the 12th day of October, 1929, to the undersigned at the Board’s Office, Ngatea.
