PURSUANT to Sections 6 to 8 of “The Land Drainage Act, 1908,” as amended, notice is hereby given that the Ratepayers’ List of the above-mentioned district is deposited at the office of the Board of the said district at Ngatea for inspection without fee during office hours. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter in such list, or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object thereto. All such objections will be heard and determined by the Stipendiary Magistrate sitting at the Courthouse, Thames, on Tuesday, the 17th September, 1929, at 10 a.m. Dated at Ngatea this 30th day of August, 1929. PURSUANT to Sections 6,7, and 8 of the Land Drainage Act. 1908, and Amendments thereto, Notice is hereby given that the Ratepayers’ List for the Hauraki United Drainage Board, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, is deposited for inspection at the office of the undersigned, Turua Buildings, Turua, where it may be inspected without fee during office hours by all persons interested therein. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion of, or incorrectness of, any matter in the said List, or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object to the same. One copy of each such objection should be lodged with the Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Thames, and one copy should be left at the office of the Board, Turua, aforesaid. Notice is further given that the Magistrate will sit to hear all such objections and finally revise the said List at the Courthouse, Thames, on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 1924, at noon.
