WARDEN’S COURT.
SITTING AT ; PAEROA. APPLIC.MTONS DEALT WITH. The following applications came before the Warden of the Court, Mr F. W Platts, S.M., at Paeroa on Monday. Tramway at Maratoto. 1 The Ohinemuri Gold and Silver Mines .Ltd., requested permission to have a tramway line 1850 feet in length by 33 feet in breadth from the mine to the mill at -Maratoto for a period of 42 years. The application was recommended to the Minister for approval. General. S. A. Shaw, Karangahake, was granted a prospector’s license over the old cinnabar claim at Mackaytown.
A. Duncan, Hikutaia, was granted the surrender of a residence site at Maratoto.
