JN PURSUANCE and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 158 of the Public Works Act, 1928, and Section 90 of the Hauraki Plains County By-law, 1922, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby gives notice that all Heavy Traffic is Prohibited from the date hereof until September 30th, 1929, on the following roads in Patetonga Riding :— MAIN ROAD : Evans’ Corner to Kaihere. TOP ROAD : From Maukoro Landing Road to Junction with Main Road. MANGAWHERO ROAD. PATETONGA LANDING ROAD. “Heavy Traffic” for the purposes of this notice shall be deemed to be as provided by Section 155 (a) of the Public Works Act, 1928, as follows “The transport of any vehicle, engine, or machine which itself pr together with any thing or things being transported thereon, weighs more than one and a half tons avoirdupois to each pair of wheels.” Dated at Ngatea this 26th day of July, 1929.
