RIFLE SHOOTING.
PAEROA’S MINIATURE CLUB.
WEDNESDAY" EVENING’S SHOOT.
Again there was a very good attendance at the local Drill Hall on Wednesday eveing, on the occasion of the weekly shoot of the newly-formed Paeroa Defence Miniature Rifle Club. A marked improvement was shown throughout the evening on the shooting, and very soon the members will have had sufficient practice for competitions, team matches, and trophy shoots (when trophies are obtainable) to be arranged. The top score of the evening was registered by the secretary, A. A. Jenkinson, with the possible number of points—loo. The scoring was as follows :—
