PURSUANT TO sections under the Motor Lorry Regulations, 1927, Public Notice.is hereby given that the Honourable the Minister of Public Works has approved of the following classification of streets in the Borough of Paeroa, evidence of same appearing in N.Z. Gazette No. 38, 23rd May, 1929, page 1456. Streets classified in the 2nd class (available for the use thereon of any motor lorry which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 8 tons). Coronation, Hill, Flora, Dulcie Streets, Puke Road from intersection Belmont Road to Railway Street, Railway Street and Subway, Francis Street, part Esplanade between Frances and Wharf Streets, Wharf, Hughendon, Junction, William, Princes. Cassrels, Arney Streets, Normanby Road intersection to Princes Street, Old Te Aroha Road from intersection Main ■Highway to Borough boundary, Johnson Street, Fraser Street between Johnson and Thorp Streets, Thorp Street from Fraser Street to Normanby Road,, Victoria Street from Normanby Road to Willoughby Street intersection, Willoughby Street from Victoria Street intersection to Arthur Street, Arthur, Mackay, Hall, Albert, Corbett, and King Streets, Rye .
