Ltd., of Hamilton, has been instructed to sell at the Saleyards at Hikutaia on the above date — , , ALL THAT piece of land situated at Matatoki, containing one hundred and eight (108) acres and six (6) perches, more or less, being Lots Numbers 11 (eleven) and 16 (sixteen) on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 1248, which said piece of land is part of the blocks of land situated in the Thames Survey District called WAINUL TUKITUKI A and TUKITUKI B, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 97 Folio 295 of the Register Book of the District of Auckland. SUBJECT as to so much of the above described land as is within the Goldfields Area to all rules and regulations and provisions which lands within such area are subject to. SUBJECT ALSO to Memorandum of Mortgage registered No. 149901 to the State Advances Superintendent to secure the sum of two thousand five hundred pounds (£2500) and interest, but under which said mortgage at the time of sale the sum of two thousand three hundred and sixty-three pounds eleven shillings (£2363 Ils) will be owing for principal, all instalments for principal and interest being paid or adjusted up to the date of sale. The Mortagees application and estimate of value of the lands may be inspected at the office of the Registrar during office hours and a copy may be obtained from the Auctioneer on the morning of the Sale at Hikutaia without payment of any fee.
