PERSONAL.
The vicar of Mayfield, Newcastle, Australia, the Rev. R. B. Davison, has been appointed vicar of Thames,, in place of the former incumbent, the Rev. N. F. E. Robertshawe, who recently resigned to go to England. Miss A. G. Plummer, 8.A., has been appointed secondary assistant at the Waihi' District High School. Mr W. A. Leitch, telegraphist, of Te Kuiti, has been appointed to the Ngatea Post Office in place of Mr A. E. Kemp, who has received notice of transfer to Te Akau.
