NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council, held on the 18th day of April, 1929, the following resolutions were passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to be held on the 16th day of May, 1929, at 7.30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Normanby Road: — No. 1 Resolution. That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 22 (I) of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” the Paeroa Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows : “ To pay out of the General Fund the Interest and Sinking Fund on the further instalment of £7OO in the £6,000 Water Improvements Loan.” No. 2 Resolution.
