Reid, sitting member, returned unopposed. Kerepeehi Riding.-—Mr. A. Si Fisher, sitting member, return unopposed'. Turua Riding,—Mr W- Madgwick, sitting member, returned) unopposed. Pipiroa. Riding.—Mr C. W- Parfitt, sitting member, returned! unopposed. Waitakaruru Riding.—Mr <C. W. Harris, sitting member, returned unopposed. Horahia Riding.—Mr H. H. Hicks, sitting member, and Mr W| McDuff. Patetonga Riding.—Mr F. J. Mayn (sitting member) and' Mr W. Philips'. Ngatea Riding.—Mr H. S- E. Dent and Mr J Motion. Kopuarahi Riding.—Mr W. E. Hale, elected unopposed. The nomination of Mr J- Motion may come as a surprise, as it is understood that Mr W- Mclnnis, of Kaihere, proposed to stand as representative for the farmers; On Wednesday last Mr Mclnnis announced to a gathering of Ngatea riding ratepayers that he had decided that it. .was in the common weaj for him to stand down in favour of Mr J. Motion, of H'opai, who had agreed to stand if assured of the farmers’ support. THAMES HOSPITAL BOARD. As was expected ©rily the. three sitting members of thq Thames Hospital Board, Messrs. E. L. Walton, W. E Hale (Chairman of the board)', and C W. Parfitt have) been nominated, and an election will not be necessary. THAMES VALLEY POWER BOARD. The only nomination for the position on the Thames Valley Power Board recently filled by Mr W- E. G. Willy is that of Mr H. Torr, of pipi- 1 roa, who will be declared' elected. THAMES HARBOUR BOARD.

It is understood the only nomination is that of Mi’ C. W. Harris.
