THE WALTERS CUP FINAL. PAEROA BEATS MATAMATA. Following are the details of the final day’s play, which took place at Matamata on Saturday, of the twoday match between Paeroa and Matamata to decide the Piako Cricket Association Championship. In the first half of the match, played at Paeroa on the previous Saturday, the scores stood at Matamata 126, Paeroa 107 for six wickets. By winning at Matamata Paeroa brought home the Walters Cup.
