The creditors of EJwiii Arthur Booth, formerly a farmer at Ngatea, who met in Auckland on Monday, expressed strong disapproval of bankrupt’s conduct. At the end of a long examination the Official Assignee (Mr N. Norris) said it was clear that the debtor had not acted altogether fairly to his principal creditor, and there were certain matters which would have to be mentioned to the Court if an application for discharge was made.
