What promises to be a most exciting and interesting niatch will take place at Paeroa on Saturday, when Paeroa will meet Matamata in the first day’s play of a two-day match, Matamata, on Saturday weefc, being the venue of the second day’s meeting,
Great importance is attached to the contest, as the championship of the Piakc- Cyickeit Association, depending upon it, Paeroa being the winners of the Northern section and Matamata the Southern.
The, following team has been chosen to represent Paeroa: —
Stack, Wright, Hclward, Knight, Dare, Meachem, Ball, Dale, Shand, Rolton, Edwards. Emergencies, Miller and McQuillan.
The match will commence at 1 p.m. on the Domain.
