Wedding.

B UDINGS—SCHOFIELD.

The Presbyterian Church, Tuma, was nicely decorated on Thursday, ■Mai.vh 7., for the wedding of Nina Mavora, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Geo. Schofield, of Turua, to Mr Leslie. Robert Rudings, son of Mr Robert Rudings, of Stratford. The Rev. A. Nicholls officiated- The brade, who entered the church with her father, -wore a frock Ojf! ivory ci.epe de chine, with t-wo flares draped to side andl held with diamante buckle. Her tulle veil was held, in place with a c.oronet of. orange blossonms. ,S.he carried a beautiful bouqhet of! lillies, asters, and roses. Misses Vera Schofield and Margaret Pearce attended as bridesmaids, both wearing, shrjmp pink Victorian frocks of crepe de chine with headdresses of tulle and carrying bouquets to tone. The ( ’ twp flower-g.irls, Jean Schofield and Marie Pearce, wore lavender c,repe de chine Victorian frocks with mob-caps to tone. The bridegroom was supported by Mr Hector Schofield as best man and Mr Charles Pearce as groomsman.

After the ceremony a reception was held, after which Mr and Mrs Rulings Iqft for their future home at Stratthe bride travelling in a grey costume with hat to match-
