NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council held on the 14th day of March, 1929, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 11th day of April, 1929, at 11 a.m. at the County Chambers at Ngatea. resolution. In' exercise of the powers ferred on it by Section 6 of “The Water Supply . Act, 1908, the Hauraki Plains County Council resolves by way of Special Order as follows :— 1. That the Waitakaruru Water Supply District, constituted by Special Order of the Hauraki Plains County Council at a Special Meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1925, is hereby curtailed by the exclusion of Sections' 37 to 53 (both inclusive) from the said District. 2. The description of the Waitakaruru Water Supply District as cu rtailed shall be aS follows :— Commencing at a point on the Waitakaruru-Pipiroa Road where it intersects the Wai-: takaruru - Maukoro Canal; thence southwards along the right bank of the said Canal to, the boundary of Section 3L Block IV., Piako, thence in an easterly direction to the northeastern corner of Section ,33, thence in a southerly direction to the south-eastern corner of Section 35, thence westward along the southern boundaries of Sections 35 and 36 to the said Waitakaruru - Maukoro Canal, thence across the said Canal to its left bank and following its left bank to the southern boundary of Section 30, thence in a westerly direc- ; tion along the southern boundary of Section 30, thence northward along the western boundaries of Sections 30, 29, 28, 27, i 26, 25, 24, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, and 10; thence in an easterly direction along the Waitakaruru-Pipiroa Road to the point of commencement.
