Dictates of. fashion both from Paris anfl London say that frpfcks will be worn Ipnger this season; but it is interesting to notic.e that the Sydney women absolutely refuse to Be told what length they shall wear their gowns, in fact, Sydney’s younger set are appearing in frocks just above the kness. Recent social events in New Zealand show a decided lengthening of skirts, proving we follow Europe’s lead instead of that of our friends across the Tasman.
