Pictorial News,” and each: week a first prize of 12/6 will be Awarded 1 for the photograph adjudge# the best for, illustrating purposes, and the second best will be awarded 7/6. The photo-: graphs will be judged on the basis of interest aroused' by the picture, and the technical quality of the photographic work c.onsiderejd from the point of view of how it will respond tb the process of pictorial display.
