NOTICE is hereby given that written tenders will be received up till 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of February, 1929, for the purchase for removal of the undermentioned buildings : — Dwelling of four rooms with wash-house attached, also 6-bail cowshed situated on Section 66, Block XIII, Waihou S.D., situated approximately 2 miles from Patetonga. Shed, approximately 22 x 11 ft. on Section 8, Orongo Settlement, situated at the mouth of Waihou River, approximately 2 miles from Thames, adjoining the new Kopu bridge. CONDITIONS. 1. Tenders to be addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands in an envelope marked ‘‘‘Tender for Buildings,” and to be accompanied by a deposit of one-fifth of the amount tendered, the balance, if tender accepted, to be paid within twenty-one days ot acceptance. 2.
