NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE AND LEVY RATES PURSUANT to Sections 31, 32, and 33 of " The Laud Drainage Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereto, and ‘ The Rating Act, 1925.” and. all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Netherton Drainage Board intends, at its ordinary meeting to be held at the Netherton Hall, Netherton, on Tuesday, the 26th day of February, 1929, at 8 p.m , to make and levy the following rates for the period commencing on the Ist April, 1928, and ending on the3lst March, 1929: — Upon all lands classified as “ A ” in the classification made by the Board of the rateable property within its district a General Rate of three pence in the £ on the unimproved.value ot such lands. Upon all lands classified as “ B ” in the said classification a General Rate of two pence in the £ on the unimproved value of such lands. Upon all lands classified as “ C ” In the said classification a General Rate of one penny in the £ on the unimproved value of such lands. The said Rates to be due and payable in one sum on the 12th day of March, 1929, to the Treasurer, at his office, Turua Buildings, Turua.
