Mr D. Brqwn, formerly of Netherton and Paeroa, and now qf Rarotonga, who is holidaying, in New Zealand, spent the wee;k-end in Paeroa. Dr. H. Major, principal of Ripon Hall., Oxford, and editor of “The Modern Churchman,” has arrived at Sydney, en route to New Zealand. Dr. Major was born at Katikati.
