AURORA THEATRE PICTURES, TO-NIGHT. JEWELS OF DESIRE. One of. the most delightful photoplays in which Priscilla Qean has been starred in many months is “Jewels of Desire.” The picture is exceptionally thrilling, and the story deal's, with a g.irl who inherits buried treasure which falls into; the hands of bandits. How she recovers her, own is finely told. SATURDAY NIGHT. LADY RAFFLES. A clever girl of mystery who brings two society thievep to justice is the tale told by “Lady Raffles.” The plot revolves around a diamond necklace and the daring attempts of. a pair of society crooks to, secure it and place the bjame on Lady The latter, more clever than the pair, is always three leaps ahead of them, and, in the end completely turns the, tables. CIRCUS ROOKIES. “Circus Rookies” is unique in that it is an intimate of circus, life, with thrills and hilarlc,us comedy mixed up with a charming little romance. Dane plays the role of an animal tamer, chaperqning ,a giant gorilla, while Arthur is a perky little reporter who repeatedly incurs, the enmity of the slow-witted but pertinacious animal trainer.
