Weddings.

REBRAND — VUGLAR. A quiet wedding was solemnised at Hamilton last Friday, when Miss E. C. (Nellie) Vuglar, elder daughter of. Mr and Mrs T. P. Vuglar, of Paer.oa, was married to Mr Dave Qerrand, of ■Hamilton. the ceremony, which was held entirely among relatives, of the bride andi brjdegroom, was performed by the Rev. W. J. Enticott, late; of Paeroa, took place at St. Paul’s Methodist Church, which yras decorated with massed blooms of pink and blue hydrangeas and roses. The bride wore a frock of ivory georgette, her veil, finished with silver, being held in place with a coronet of oiange blossoms. She carried a lovely bouquet of white and pale r’nk roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Rhoda Hamilton, of Paeroa, wore a frock of pale blue georgette with silk lacq and grey hat with, pale pink and blue trimmings. Her bouquet of pink and blue flowers was very pretty. The bridegroom was supported by Mr Campbell, of Hamilton.

The wedding breakfast was held at the Centre-way Tearooms, the table bqing nicely decorated with flowers, and a large bell was suspended over the bridal pair.

After, the wedding breakfast the bridal couple left for Nqw Plymouth, where the honeymoon will be spent. The bride’s travelling, drqss was a pretty blue crepe J (ie-C'hine with hat to match, and fawn c,oat. Amongst the many good and useful presents received was a silver ientree dish and cake stand frtom.the staff of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd-., of which thq bride had been a member for the last six and a-half years.
