PURSUANT to Section 44 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” notice is hereby given that the Rolls of County Electors for the several Ridings in the County of Hauraki Plains are open for inspection at the places set out hereunder, where they may be Inspected without fee by all persons interested therein during office hours from January 27th, 1929, until the 15th day of February, 1929 : — Turua Riding — Turua Post Office. Kopuarahi Riding—Residence of Mr J. C. Miller. Horahia Riding — Residence of Mr H. H. Hicks. Kerepeehi Riding — Kerepeehi Post Office. Netherton Riding — Netherton Post Office. Patetonga Riding — Patetonga Post Office. Ngatea Riding—County Offices, Ngatea and Kaihere Post Office. Pipiroa Riding —Residence of Mr D. McAuley. Waitakaruru Riding — Waitakarurn Post Office. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason that : (a) Any person whose name is on one of the said Rolls in respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection is lodged, or (b) Any person whose name is not on the said Rolls possesses the necessary qualification at .the time when the objection is lodged and is entitled to have his name enrolled, or (c) Tbe number of votes allotted to any person is greater or less than that to which he is entitled, may on or before the 22nd day of February next apply for relief to Magistrate to the Magistrate’s Court held at Thames.
