MILITARY TRAINING.
THE NORTHERN COMMAND. DATES 'OF ANNUAL CAMPS'. The following dates have been tentatively fixed by the Defence Department for the annual camps in the Northern Command:— January 19 to 26 : Northern Depot, N.Z.A.S.C., at Ngaruawahia. January 23 to February 2 : Northern Depot N.Z. Engineers, Ngaruawahia. February 2 to 9: Northern Depot N.Z. Medic,al Corps, Ngar.uawahila. February 6 to 16 : First Battalion, Auckland Regiment, Narrow Neck and Orewa where tactical exercises will be carried out. February 13 to 23 : First Battalion Hauraki Regiment and First Battalion Auckland Regiment, Ngaruawahia. February 20 to March 2: First Battalion Waikato Regiment, at Ngaruawahia. April 2 to. 12: Auckland Mounted Rilfles, at Waiuku. April 23 to May 3: Waikato Mounted Rifles, at Ngaruawahia. April 10 to 20: NorjtJhi Auckland Mounted Rifle;s., at Whangatfei, March 14 to May 18: Artillery units will take turns in camp at Rotorua.
