Owing to the formation of a channel close to the beach at Bondi, numerous surfejrs were tr apped, but were rescued promptly by voluntary patrols;. Two men were badly cut on thq rocks at Bondi, and were trteated, One received a lacerated; wound on the top of the head, and the other a ntaety gash near the right eye.
