Public iXotJces. NETHERTON DRAINAGE DISTRICT. SPECIAL ORDER SUBDIVIDING DISTRICT. In the Matter of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and Amendments thereto: PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Netherton Drainage Board at a Special Meeting held on Friday, the 21st day of December, 1928, adopted the following Resolution as and for a Special Order, and such Special Order will be confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the said Netherton Drainage Board to be held at the Netherton Hall on the 25th day of January, 1929, at the hour of 8 p.m. RESOLUTION. The Netherton Drainage Board in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 16 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, by Sec- : tion 3 of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1908, and by Section 2 of the Land Drainage Act, 1920, hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows ;—. 1. That the Netherton Drainage District is hereby subdivided into three subdivisions, named respectively Northern subdivision, Awaiti subdivision,, and “H” Drain subdivision, which said subdivisions are respectively described in the Schedule hereto. 2. That the number of Trustees to be elected for each subdivision be as follows: Northern Subdivision, Ohe Trustee ; Awaiti Subdivision, Two Trustees; “H” Drain Subdivision, Two Trustees. SCHEDULE. Northern Subdivision. All that area of land within the Netherton Drainage District commencing at a point on the left bank of the Waihou River at the north-east corner of the boundary of the aforesaid Netherton Drainage District and following

VX 1/115-, VTftIUVU River in a southerly direction to the south-east corner of the middle part of section 1, Block XL, Waihou; thence following the southern boundary of the middle part of section 1 in a westerly direction in a direct line to a point 25 chains from the western boundary of section 5, Block; thence by a direct line in a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the .Edueation Reserve; thence in a south-westerly direction following the northern boundary of ,the said Education Reserve to the intersection of Fisher’s Road and School Road; thence, following the western and northern boundary of the Netherton Drainage District to the point of commencement. Awaiti Subdivision. All that area of land within the Netherton Drainage District commencing at a point, the southeast corner of the middle part of section 1, Block XL, Waihou; thence following the northern boundary of the South part of J section 1, Block XL, Waihou, to a point 25 chains from the western boundary of section 5, Tahanur Block; thence by a direct line in a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the Education Reserve; thence in a southwesterly direction following the boundary of the said Education Reserve to a point at the intersection of Fisher's and School Roads and Munro’s Road; thence following the western boundary of the Netherton Drainage District in a southerly direction to the south-east corner of section 7, Block XV., Waihou; thence in a northerly direction to the nnvfh.wncjf Mimar n-P cpp.
