GIRL SWIMMER’S ROMANCE. A romance involving a Liverpool girl and the son of a, millionaire banker who me(t during a world’s pleasure cruise on which one was a swimming instructress and the other a holiday maker,' ended in wedding bells at Blundellsands, a few weeks ago. The young c.ouplq were Miss Dorothy Lucas, of Blundellsands, who was engaged as swimming instructress on the Cunard liner Franconia, during her world’s cruise from New York with ,the cream 'ot wealthy Americans from January to June last, and Mr Francis L. Higginson, ttye 23-yqar-old son of the well-known Boston banker, of the same name, who ,was a passenger on the tear, A friendship sprang up between them, and Mr Higginson afterwards to Liverpool in the Cunar.der, on which his romance commenced, to marry Miss Lucas.
