BY Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council on the 10th day of October, 1928, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land-tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on Wednesday, the 7th day of November, 1928, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council,.
