“DOES DEATH END ALL?”
MINISTER’S EXPERIENCE. \ COMMUNICATION FROM DEAD SON The Rev. F. C. Spurr, Baptist pastor. in air address at Leamingtoyi, London,. on the Question,; “Does Death End AU ?” told a remarkable personal experience. He sent his, son, aged eight, and .the hoy’s mother for a seaside holiday in Lincolnshire. “I then went to the where, at 4.45 p.m., I felt my hand touched and saw my son in the vacant seat next me. I felt upset on the way home, and went to bed in a fearful thunders Storm, when in came a telephone message. to the effect that my son had been drowned. I learned at the inquest that my son entered the water at 4.20 p.m., and expired at 4.45 p.m. I tell -the story as an honest Englishman. Twenty-five timefe, since I have had absolute’ evidence that he is .alive and well on the other side. Of course, we cannot make a religion of this;'kind of thing. If I thought that man with his fqlly, lust, 'and sins was the best the universe could d'Cj I would be willing to die cursing with my'last breath.”
