Mr Lebbeus Ho>'- ■ s dern t.oc.k a very great interest in -1 aviation, and his seaplane “The SeaVy gull” w - as the first privately-owned craft of its kind seeni in Sydney.. It is said that aviation cost him £60,x 000. The late Mr Hordern had 1 oply P been married s'ome twa years and a half. His widow was fcjriperly Miss y Francis Mary Barry, daughter’of Mr £ G. J. Barry, of Bairy and Morris, solicitors, Sydney.
