other, districts to make up a team worthy of such strong, opp'onenjts. The game should be very interesting, aud quite an education on how football should be played. On it being reported that the senior match at Thames had been postponed indefinitely, it was enthusiastically agreed to accept the offer. The president, was authorised to make .the arrangements- for entertaining the visiting players. JUNIOR MATCH. Arrangements were made for the visit of the junior representaive team to Thames to play fqr the Johnston Cup. The team will be practically the same as has played throughout the season. FINANCE. Accounts totalling £4O were parsed for. payment. INSURANCE SCHEME. At a meeting of the, insurance committee the same evening the secretary reported that up to the present £59 Ils had been paid to- t,he fund by players ; levies on clubs and the. union totalled £36 l'ss, and the credit brought forward fro,in the previous year was £l4 7s 10d, making a tQtal of £llO 16s lOd. Six claims, totalling £24 2s had been paid, ami seven more claims, totalling £54 9s 9d. ha.d been made, There was still one injured player to -make a claim oh the fund. Four claims, amount! ,g to £2o’, were approved, an I the others were deferred for closer investigation. JUNIOR TEAM FOR THAMES.
