BY-LAWS. ’ NOTICE is hereby given that at a Specail Meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council held on Thursday, the 13th September, 1928, it was resolved, by special order .to make the object and purport of which are as follows : — 1. Prescribing fees under the Health Act Regulations for Eatinghouses, Bakehouses, places joi mincing and otherwise preparing meat for sale, Butchers’ Shops, Fish Shops, Milk Shops, Milk Stores, premises for the sale or manufacture of Ice Cream, premises for the sale or manufacture of Cordials, Aerated Waters, Beverages or Syrups. 2. Licensing of Street Stalls. 3. Controlling Street Collections. „ . . > 4. Registration of Hairdressers Shops. ~ 5. Licensing and control oi hoardings for advertising, etc. 6. Prohibiting the obstruction of streets and footpaths by loitering and disturbing the peace. 7. Defining the proper use ol streets. 8.
