Matches were played, against the Plains; teams, and both games resulted in a win by two goals to one for. the home players. Misses K. McKerchar and E. McPhersQn scored for the winners in the A match, while Miss M. Elliott shqt both goals for the winners in the B match. PAEROA TEAMS DEFEATED. The Paeroa ladies’ A and B. teams journeyed to Kopuarahi on Saturday and were defeated in, both games, the A team by 4 to 1 and the B team by 3to 0. In the A match E. Candy and A. Candy (3) shot, goals for Kopuarahi, and A. O’Neil .scored for Paeroa, in the B match Kqpuarahi’s goals were netted by I. Small (2) and A. Miller.
