Concerning the application for £3OO, the Minister of Public Works wrote stating' that he would give thq application his careful consideration and adviiSe .the council as soon as possible. Letters were also received from Messrs A. M. Samuel and C. E. Macmillan,. M’s. P.. stating that they would support the; applications. Thq chairman, stated that the question had been asked in’the House of Representatives and the (Minister had agreed tq investigate the matter.
