Under Section 34 (b) of ‘‘The Water Supply Act, 19(.)8>’' a Kate of Four Pence Half-pßnce in the £ on the Rateable Value (unimproved) of all rateable property within the boundaries of the Hauraki Plains West Water Supply District Special Rating Area. The said rate to be due and payable in one sum on the 25tb day of August, 1928.
