Upon all lands classified as “ A ” in the classification made by the Board, and amended by the Magistrate at Thames, of the rateable property within its district a rate ot six farthings in the £ on the unimproved value of such lands. Upon all lands classified as “ B ” in the said classification of the rateable property within its district at a rate of five farthings in the £ on the unimproved value of such lands. SPECIAL RATES as set out hereunder upon the unimproved value of all rateable property within the respective Special Rating Areas. Hauraki Area .£10,500 Loans : 5-8 d in the £ on Class A * 4-8 d in the £ on Class B ; 3-8 d in the £ on Class C. Horahia (1926) Loan : 6-8 d in the £ on Class A ; 5-,Bd in the £ on Class B. Hauraki ‘Central Loan ,£lOOO : 13-32 d in the ,£on Class A ; 9-32 d in the £ on Class B ; 4-32 d in the £ 1 on Class C. The said rates to be due and payable in one sum on the 20th day of August, 1928, to the Treasurer at the Board’s Office in Turua.
