The Independent Companies also revealed that Alfred Loewenstein, the Belgian capitalist who is making an air tour of the United States in a ten- ■ passenger Fokker c,arries the largest aviantion 'insurahcei policy issued by. them. The pla>ne is insured against fire, accidental damage, wind theft for £9OOO in each instanc” The policy covers - everything except personal liability to the passengers. In addition Mr Loewenstein holds a public liability policy, excluding passengers, for £20,000 and a property damage policy with a £5OOO limit.
