Flatt, who was reported as having said that he agree 1 with the remarks of Cr. Pinder, whereas what was actually meant was that Cr. Flatt had rea'lly ignored the interjection of Cr. Pinder and was expressing his agreement with the remarks of the Mayor. In fairness to Cr. Flatt it should be stated that ho does not consider that the united (service on Anzac Day should be done away with.- and he has assisted' the Mayor to a considerable- extent in carrying out the arrangements.
