We have to acknowledge the receipt of an interesting 48-page booklet entitled' “The Truth about Samoa,” by the Hon- O. F. Nelson, M.L.C., Western Samoa. In a comprehensive and interesting manner Mr Nelson briefly reviews the past history of Samoa, of which he is nativei-born, and! traces the causes which have brought about the highly critical 1 condition of affairs that now eixist and threaten disaster.
