SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVE MATCH

PAEROA DEFEATS WAIHI.

The Paeroa Primary School r.eprer sentative team beat W.aihi on Saturday by three wickets and 27 runs. It was decided to bat 12 aside. W.aihi batted first, and; were dismissed for 54 runs, of which Stace Mtond Heiane made 47. Eight boys tailed to score. Stace was at the wickets for a hour and a half for his 28 not out. Arnold, Curtis, Smith, and WilHamp weire the bowlers, for Paeroa, and they did well. Edwards was good behind! X-the. sticks. Every boy was worth his ' ; place in the field, and Hardman was outstanding. Paeroa scored 8.1 for eight wickets in-an hour and 40 minutes. Curtis 14.
