(To the Editor.! Sir, —I understand there are a number of chess players, in Paeroa who are desirous of forming a club. It is realised that Paeroa possesses one of the best gentlemen’s clubs in the province, and therefore there is every convenince for the establishment of a chess club. I feel sure that if enthusiasts would communicate with Te Aroha, their members would willingly assist any local movement.
