PURSUANT to Subsection 3 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” Notice is hereby given that the Special Roll comprising the names of all the ratepayers, together with descriptions of their properties and rateable values thereof, contained, fn the Ngatea Riding Roads Loan of special rating area, has been deposited for public inspection during office hours at the County Office, Ngatea, and will remain open for inspection until and including Monday, 27th day of February, 1928. The said Special Area is comprised of the whole of Ngdtea Riding as at present constituted with the following exceptions : — (a) Kaihere - Torehape Roads Loan Special Rating Area. (b) Sections 2, 10, 1,1, and 12, Block XVI, Piako. (c) Lot 1, Section 5, Block V, Waihou. (d). Section 6, Blcck V, Waihou. Objections to the said Special Roll may be lodged, and all such must be in the hands of the undersigned in writing not later than 4 p.m. on the seventh day after the last day on which the said roll is deposited.
