On Saturday afternoon representatives of the Paeroa Tennis Club journeyed to Thames, where an inter-club match was played in continuanleo of Cup competition under the auspices of‘the Thames Valley Lawn Tennis Association. / CONTINUATION OF TOURNAMENTS. > The Hauraki Plains Tennis Association's annual Champion and handicap tournaments, were continued at the Ngatea" courts on Saturday last in good weather- Progress was slow, but the semi-finals were almost completed in all the doubles, the third round was . completed in the ladies’ singles and men’s championship singles, and the smcpnid I‘ound was almost completed < the men’s handicap singles and ladies’ championship singles.
