MENACE TO MAORI HEALTH.

TAURANGA, December 22. Some concern was felt at a meeting of the Tauranga Hospital Board when Dr. Macdiarmid, superintendent < the Tauranga Hospital, reported that a Maori child suffering from Typhoid had been a patient in one of the side rooms .at the hospital and had been kidnapped from the hospital on Monday night. Apparently the child had since been taken to various native settlements. The matter had been reported to the Health Department.
