NEW YORK, December 12.

Mr Clifford Hawley, president" of First National Pictures, announced today the combinat’on of British motion picture enterprises controlled by Lord Ashfleld and Lord Beaverbrook with their British .subsidiary com-, panies with First National Pictures and the Stanley Company, of America, flor the production, distribution, and exhibition of films throughout the United Kingdom. The combined assets are said to exceed £30,000,000. The new company plans to erect a cinematograph theatre in the West End of London with seating capacity for 5000 people. /
