“Judgment summons proceedings are only meant for a. man who has the money and has not paid, and not to put the screw on, and so place a man in further difficulties,” said Mr JR. Bartholomew, S.M., in dismissing a claim for judgment in the Magistrate’s Court at Dunedin.
