CHURCH MIGRATION SCHEME.
Sir, —Will you give me a portion of your valuable space to bring again before the notice of farmers of the Hauraki Plains the Church of England Empire Migration Scheme* The Church, in bringing these lads out from the Old Country for farm work, is taking the greatest c.are in th® matter of selection, both of the lads themselves and of the employers they are sent to work for. The scheme is succeeding admirably, and already are 20 of these lads settled on thet Plains. The Auckland committee, being anxious to know* the requirements for next year, is asking all farmers who contemplate employing these lads to put in their applications by December 31 this year. I would therefore request all intending applicants to write me at once, Box 6. Turua for particulars and application forms, which I shall he glad ta supply. .
