HOW TO AVOID INDIGESTION.
AN EASY WAY TO DO IT. In most digestive troubles excess acid and fermented food have a tendency to remain in the stomach until the next meal is eaten. That is: why intense pain so often follows immediately after eating. In cases of this kind digestive disturbance can be absolutely prevented by taking half a teaspoonful of ‘Bisurated:’ Magnesia powder or two or three tablets in a little water half an hour before eating. This neutralises the acid, and in effect washes out the stpmach, leaving it clean and sweet for the next meal. Get a package of ‘Bisurated’ Magnesia from your chemist to-day. Take it before your next meal and note the absence of the usual pain and discomfort. In, very bad cases take another dose after meals 1 , to make assurance doubly sure.
